2. Definitions and application of the Privacy Policy

For the purposes hereof:
the GDPR: European Regulation No. 2016/679 in force since May 25, 2018 (General Data Protection Regulation)

a) Right of access

The User may inquire about the nature of the processing concerning them (what data is held, its origin, etc.).

c) Right to object

d) Right to erasure

e) Right to data portability

In addition to the right of access, the User may request to receive their Personal Data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format (e.g., XML).

f) Right to restriction of processing

Following a request to object, the organization has one month to process the request. Where applicable, the User may request restriction of processing to temporarily suspend the use of Personal Data.

> Security and confidentiality:
The need for security of Personal Data is linked to the risks to individuals’ privacy that may arise from data breaches. A data breach occurs when there is accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to Personal Data.

Collected data is stored under secure conditions using currently available technical means. Under these conditions, the Site Publisher ensures the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Personal Data. Technical measures are at least proportionate to the risks that could arise, including:

4. Cookie Policy
